The development of this site will begin with earth moving, erosion control, storm sewer drainage and retention. This phase will be completed by highly trained professionals with decades of experience on equipment with state of the art GPS guided systems.

Construction will then move to completing the infra-structure of the Golden Mile. This work will include constructing sanitary sewers, site lighting, as well as a utility corridor (chase) for water lines, power lines, and communication systems.

Upon completion of all underground facilities, Hank's will provide their expertise in the constructing of the Golden Mile's roadway, curb & gutter, and decorative sidewalks.

Hank's final contribution to this very exciting project will be the landscaping, paying particular attention to the surroundings, ensuring that visitors, customers, and clients feel welcome and at ease.
