  • THE MARTIN COALITIONS

    The Martin Coalitions include global fortune five-hundred companies and many local to the Illinois based campus. Many of these companies will be part of the ongoing day-to-day management and upkeep of The Campus and/or the massive job of building the $4,000,000,000 Martin created and designed Martin America global office condominium airpark.
Purchasing Information
  • PURCHASING INFORMATION

    Condominiums are priced from $950 - $1,250 USD per square foot, depending on location on The Campus. Condominium sizes range from 53,320 - 150,000 square feet (excluding two large expansion towers). Under certain circumstances single floors are available in certain buildings. All parking pricing is included in condominium pricing.

  • PLANES, TRAINS & AUTOMOBILES

    Provided to Martin America Condominium Owners and owned by the Martin America Office Condominium Owners Association will be (7) Executive Jets, (4) Light Rail Transit Systems and (15) Luxury Limousines. These assets will all be available to the members of the Martin America Office Condominium Owners Association at cost.
Voice, Data, Broadcasting
  • VOICE, DATA & VIDEO

    All voice, data and video infrastructure will be provided and maintained by Martin via contract. All studio and production equipment and facilities will be provided, operated and maintained by Martin via contract. All equipment will be owned by the Condominium Owners Association.
Dining on The Campus
  • DINING ON THE CAMPUS

    All food services, including requested individual condominium vending, etc., on The Campus with the exception of the Martin Grand Hotel, will be provided by Martin, via contract with one of the largest service providers of its type in the world. The main food service area consists of a three story facility and a one-half story 4th floor Observation Lounge.

Martin's belief is that although it has corporate-to-corporate relationships with many companies, Fortune 500 as well as numerous "project local" companies, the true heartbeat of The Coalitions is the individuals who are intelligent, enthusiastic and competent creative thinkers who get things done. A few are named on the top banner. Condominium Occupancy on the $4,000,000,000 campus, is scheduled for the fall of 2011. Condominium pricing ranges from $950 - $1,250 USD per square foot.

Thousands of hours, millions of dollars, coalitions comprised of some of the largest, most successful and most powerful companies in the world, bold creative and talented individuals, dedicated relationships... the list goes on and on. The result of the efforts: the largest and most complex non-public and non-government project ever developed at any time anywhere in the world... The most serious business address in the world... Martin America. Martin America provides its condominium owners with a turnkey environment. The majority of assets of Martin America are owned by the Martin America Office Condominium Owners Association and are available 24/7, at cost, to all condominium association members. Included in the list of assets are (7) Gulfstream aircraft, (3) Sikorsky helicopters and (15) Rolls Royce Phantoms, light rail system, common elements, backup power generation plant, visitor center, etc. Certain assets will be provided by formulas associated with the time-line of square footage sales.

An office located within Martin America is in a controlled environment. Security on The Campus includes electronic and physical. The physical security patrol the grounds, act as concierge in every building, chauffeur all Phantoms, control all access and activity on The Campus, are cross trained as first responders, accompany all executive Gulfstream flights when requested, and have the ability to lockdown Martin America within ninety seconds. Rest assured, our security is not for the purpose of showing a security-type presence; ours is a Security Force that is well trained and extremely capable of handling any situation.

In short, Martin America is a luxury office condominium campus on the grounds of a federally regulated and the third busiest airport in Illinois located in "Middle America". The airport is owned by the Bi-State Development Agency, which it purchased in l965. Purchasing an office condominium on The Campus is a turnkey transaction. Your purchase includes membership in the condominium association, which will charge a monthly fee for the ongoing operation of The Campus. Because some owners will use more services than others, the fee will consist of a base charge and a separate assessment for overage services. When you purchase a condominium, you are literally purchasing "turn-key". In addition to the structure, you are provided with a complete build out of the interior that you design, individual office cleaning, common area building cleaning, grounds maintenance, security, parking, dining services, on site medical facilities for employees including the latest testing equipment, ownership and use of (7) Gulfstream private luxury jet aircraft, (3) Sikorsky executive helicopters, (15) Rolls Royce Phantom limousines, on campus light rail system, individual building maintenance (in and out), office equipment maintenance, vending areas, multi-media production facilities, individual private theaters, the elimination of snow and ice on roads and walkways by use of underground heating... just to mention some of the MARTIN AMERICA advantages. The accomplishment of this project may appear to be unattainable, however, with the knowledge, skills and experience of coalition partners estimated to be valued in the trillion dollar range, the task becomes relatively simple!
